One Dove is released to symbolize your loved one's spirit returning to their heavenly home.

Three Doves are released to symbolize the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit. One Dove is then released to symbolize the spirit of the departed who joins the Trinity and together they return home.

Seven Doves are released as a "Heavenly Escort of Angels", they circle overhead waiting for the Spirit Dove. One Dove is then released by a friend or family member, this Spirit Dove joins the Angels and together they ascend into Heaven.
